Ginger

Basic ingredient of the Oriental cuisine, it’s also appreciated in the Occidental cookings. The ground powder preserve the spicy fragrance and its distinctive sweet flavour, hot and pungent, blending well with biscuits, legumes, mussels, sweets, white sauces, tea and spiced milk.
